I try my best to accommodate what life throws at us but due to the high demand of services and my desire to respect everyone's time, I cannot accept late arrivals to any waxing, tinting or lash lift services. If one is more than 10 minutes late to their facial appointment the service will be cancelled and there will be a 50% charge.

Yes. The Hidden Gem has a strict 24 hour cancellation policy. Any changes made within that time frame will be charged the full amount of the service. Any day of rescheduling will result in a 50% charge. I do my best to be as fair as possible and I realize life can happen out of nowhere and I work hard to work with y'all. However if there is a pattern of late cancels or arrivals, you will not be allowed back.

Absolutely. All facials have a member pricing option. After the initial service, which will be full price, we prebook the next service and the discount will be applied to that and all future pre-booked appointments.
