After the initial service, which will be full price, we prebook the next service and the discount will be applied to that and all future pre-booked appointments. No more than an 8 week period can pass between facials for member pricing to apply.

Yes! Hidden Gem offers bikini, extended bikini, and Brazilian waxing memberships. Same sort of set up as facial memberships. The initial service will be full priced, we pre-book the next appointment and the membership price will be applied at checkout. One must pre-book and complete the appointment for discount. Clients have up to 8 weeks between sessions for member pricing.

The most common frequency is every 4-6 weeks. The hair can never be too long, length may add to increased sensation but will come up. However the hair can be too short; I suggest usually 1/4 inch, which is around the length of jasmine rice.

Pretty much anyone! Some of the deeper treatments aren’t meant for people with rosacea, using Accutane, or with active acne breakouts. BUT there are other options to meet the needs of those individuals.

Dermaplane is an outstanding, exfoliating treatment that uses a scalpel to gently slough off dead skin and peach fuzz. This facial is amazing for special occasions or just as a nice deep treatment. Redness, flaking, and feeling a little tight afterwards is not uncommon. This IS a deep exfoliation.

RF is an outstanding treatment that builds new skin cells. This non-invasive device uses low wave electro magnetic energy to gently warm the tissue.
